The Essence of Bedouin Wonders

Bedouin Wonders was born at a time when our hearts earned to travel, and the world was restricted due to the pandemic. Living the corporate life it took one long year for me to make the leap of faith and dare to pursue my passion project. What was the final point that made me take the leap? A hiking tour that I went to in the summer of 2023 - sitting there in complete serenity amidst mountains and nature transformed something in me. I was not the same person any more...and so this experience changed me so much, that I have a burning desire to share it with people who yearn for the same adventure and serenity.

I work with locals who have the same passion of adventure, allowing retreat guests to experience the best of on offer and also interact with people of the native cultures. With an ever-evolving desire to explore the world, we have a rare approach to life – everything is an adventure. As a third-world culture kid, having been born, raised, and lived all around the world - I honestly believe we are creatures that are meant to be outdoors, meeting with new people, and forming bonds.

Originally born in Chechnya (know where that is? No? We’ll take you!) my childhood was in Cyprus in a little seaside town, then I lived for 1,5 in West Africa, and then moved to the UAE. I've walked nights in tropical jungles in Sri Lanka, explored little towns in Russia, went surfing in Bali all alone, explored Turkey like a local and created unbelievable adventures – ones to be told to bewildered listeners. For everyone who is part of Bedouin Wonders, our passion is that of travel, but not just a matter of seeing beautiful places and taking a nice picture for Instagram, it's travel that changes you from within, due to the experiences and people you encounter. It’s all about the atmosphere created, and this involves several different elements – that’s what Bedouin Wonders is about, an atmosphere that creates unforgettable memories of adventure. You meet people from various corners of the world with different perspectives, you break bread around a campfire on a mountain of serene nature, you explore local cultures and meet locals, you ride horses around lakes and taste flavours of the world. From there, who knows where life takes you, but these memories will be with you forever.

We work with native local guides and businesses to offer our retreat guests the most authentic cultural experience, while also supporting local economies of the countries we visit. If there’s a definition of a passion project, Bedouin Wonders is exactly it for me. Exploration is in our bones; it flows in our blood like water from a waterfall and our energy crafts the rest. We believe the people you travel with are what make up the experience and we make one hell of a trip.
